Immersion Youth Ministry at BGC

Immersion Youth ministry is focused on our young people in grades 6-12. Our mission is to equip students for authentic relationship with God. Our youth leaders are committed to helping middle and high school students become full disciples of Christ through age-relevant teachings, worship experiences, weekly discussions, fun activities, and leadership opportunities.

Middle School

Middle school students need lots of variety creativity, challenges, and FUN. They are discovering who they are and what their place and purpose is in the world. They are unpredictable, caring, funny, and intelligent – all rolled into one. Here at BGC, we have a ministry just for them as we train them to be the individuals and community of people God intents for them to be.

High school students seek real relationships, meaningful conversations, and genuine authenticity. They not only seek it from family, friends, and youth leaders, but they also seek it from the One who can best give it – GOD! Here at BGC, our prayer is that every student will be empowered first and foremost in their relationship with God, then in their relationships with others, and lastly, in their relationship with the world.

Immersion Youth Services

Join us for worship & Discussion

Students worship in the white sanctuary building. they lead in prayer, worship, offering, scripture reading, and table discussions. Following the message, students have an opportunity for fellowship, food, and fun.

All students worship in the multi-use facility (MUF) with the adults. Students serve as ushers, greeters, praise team singers, new life counselors, and Av attendents. They also lead in prayer and enjoy worship with their families.

Fifth Sundays are unique in that they serve as a time of intergenerational worship, fellowship, and community service. Students worship and serve alongside their parents & peers.

Middle and high school life groups take place on Tuesday night, 7pm & 8pm respectively. Online students have the opportunity to connect, learn, and have fun with their peers.

Middle & HS Life Groups

Life groups meet on Tuesday nights and provide a space for fun, connection, real life discussion, and learning how to live the Word. Middle school meets at 7pm and High School meets at 8, both via Zoom. Join a group today!

Student Leadership Team

Join a group of committed youth who  participate in planning and executing activities for the youth ministry. They represent and advocate for their peers and provide a strong bridge between the students and adult leaders of the ministry.

Volunteer Opps

There are so many ways to get involved at BGC, and volunteering is one of them. Students can volunteer in everything from Sunday Worship to serving in the food pantry to photography, social media and more.

Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
